Job Title: Project Engineer - EE Integration Support

You will operate in a scale-up environment, contributing to drive strategy and help the company grow rapidly. Your primary responsibilities include:
* Serving as the primary point of contact for electrical integration-related inquiries and issues, collaborating with other engineering functions.
* Working closely with Vehicle Function Teams and Software Teams to understand integration requirements and constraints.
* Facilitating communication and collaboration between different functional teams, providing technical guidance and support to resolve integration challenges.
* Maintaining oversight and compatibility of all Electrical Components within assigned areas.
* Documenting and maintaining boundary diagrams of the system, focusing on interfaces and their optimisation impact on weight, efficiency, and performance.
* Reviewing and analysing product specifications to identify areas of optimisation and improvement.
* Managing technical deliverables, project plans, and open issues decks for assigned systems to support on-time delivery to the vehicle programme.
* Guiding key components' correct integration and packaging in accordance with vehicle requirements at a system level.
About the Role:
We require a minimum 7 years of experience in automotive electrical integration area, with good understanding of Automotive New Product Development Process, milestones, and deliverables for each phase.
Candidates should demonstrate:
* Demonstrable experience of electrical integration activities.
* Project engineering experience with Tier 1 suppliers, preparation of project documentation and reports.
* Risk management, mitigation, and recovery planning.
* Working knowledge of CAN, FlexRay, automotive ethernet, LIN networks, and vehicle diagnostics.
* Relevant homologation standards, ISO26262, and EuroNCAP.
* Understanding of Functional Safety and Cyber Security requirements for a global market vehicle.
* Experience using various engineering development tools (Polarion, JIRA etc.) and collaborative platforms like Microsoft Office 365.
* Honour's Degree in Electrical & Electronics or similar areas such as Electronics, Control Systems, Automotive.
* Possession of full driving licence is essential.
