Contract type: Full Time (37.5 hours) - PermanentLocation: Huddersfield, Huddersfield International Study CentreSalary: up to £24,570 per annumWe are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to support student record management and assessment processes. This is a fast-paced environment, and the successful applicant will have excellent attendance to details as they will be required to ensure the accuracy of students’ records and possess excellent IT, communication and organisational skills. The post holder will be working in an open plan office, so it is important they enjoy working as part of a team in an international environment.ABOUT THE ROLE Ensure student enrolment documentation are prepared and shared in a timely manner Ensure the progression database is kept up to date and provided to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner Ensure progression changes are checked, recorded and shared with the relevant teams. Ensure progression database is up to date in all systems. To work with the Student Experience Coordinator to ensure the centre is fully compliant with all student’s information. To work with the Student Experience Coordinator to ensure student’s file are recorded on required platforms. To ensure student details are kept up to date on central databases - contact details, visa and passport information, sponsorship details etc. Assisting with the management of visa compliance monitoring. To deal with general student enquiries. To foster productive relations with internal and external stakeholders. Production of student letters as requested. Ordering of stationery items and catering for the centre, as required. To assist in the preparation of student induction, including induction packs. To assist and be involved in student induction and enrolment at the various intakes. To assist with the administration of student attendance monitoring processes at peak times. To assist with student social activities and field trips if required. Any other duties required by the Head of Student Experience. ABOUT YOU Minimum standard of education demonstrated by GCSEs at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent/higher qualifications.
