Perform on-site technical support, including installations, deinstallations, relocations, certifications, and repairs, adhering to customer service level agreements.
Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide remote support for technical issues reported by customers.
Prioritize, plan, and execute field corrective actions, upgrades, and preventive maintenance to ensure business continuity for our customers.
Inform and prepare customers for successful installations, ensuring all requirements are met.
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and data entry in service management systems.
Manage personal planning, administration, and car stock efficiently.
Escalate and retain ownership of technical challenges until resolution.
