We have an exciting opportunity for a Design Technology technician to join the DT department at Bristol Free School. Under the instruction/guidance of the Head of DT, you will provide support in the curriculum areas of Design and Technology with a focus on supporting lessons and the preparation and maintenance of resources. This includes supporting staff and students through coordinating the use and development of practical resources and facilities to ensure that the demands of high-quality DT teaching and learning are being met. The DT curriculum covers Product Design, Textiles and Food & Nutrition. The role is primarily product design focused but will incorporate aspects of textiles, food and other support as required.The role is permanent and term time only. The position requirements are for a maximum of 30 hours per week, to be worked over 3-5 days.
