Salary: £65-75,000 base salary + uncapped bonus potential!
Kindly note this role is 5 days per week in their central London office.
The successful Digital Marketing Manager will:
* Devote 50% of their efforts to mastering the intricacies of Google AdWords, crafting compelling campaigns that captivate audiences and meet ROAS targets.
* Invest 25% of their energy into social media strategies, leveraging platforms like Meta to engage with consumers and drive brand awareness.
* Allocate the remaining 25% of your focus to affiliate marketing, nurturing partnerships that amplify our reach and enhance our revenue streams.
Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Manager:
* Crafting, fine-tuning, and optimizing campaigns across diverse platforms such as Google Ads and Meta to achieve desired ROAS objectives.
* Cultivating and nurturing affiliate relationships to expand our network and bolster revenue streams.
* Overseeing digital campaigns, meticulously analyzing performance metrics, and leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Enhancing website performance metrics, including organic traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates, to enhance user experiences and facilitate lead generation.
* Conducting exhaustive keyword research and implementing on-page optimization strategies to boost website rankings and drive organic traffic.
* Designing and executing email marketing initiatives, employing A/B testing methodologies to refine our approach.
* Compiling and presenting comprehensive monthly reports to key stakeholders.
* Manage a team of 2.
Required Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
* A track record of at least 3 years in digital marketing, demonstrating proficiency in managing substantial budgets and achieving ROAS goals.
* Proficiency in digital marketing practices, with a keen understanding of affiliate programs.
* Experience optimizing product feeds to maximize performance.
* Advanced familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
