The Senior Technology Leadership Professional – Site Reliability Engineering is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance in the CenterWell Pharmacy space. The Senior Technology Leadership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with partner business, technology, and development teams to ensure the quality and stability of production applications and environments supporting the CenterWell Pharmacy lines of business.
2. Validate product designs as well as operational and support readiness.
3. Interact with partner teams to analyze and provide technical support to help determine monitoring needs and monitor creation (Dynatrace, Big Panda).
4. Participate in product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components.
5. Ensure that production schedules are followed, and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements.
6. Analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues.
7. Begin to influence department’s strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components.
8. Collaborate effectively across multiple IT teams, external strategic vendors, and a broad group of user stakeholder groups.
9. Drive Operational Excellence for all new functionality, applications, projects, and changes impacting Pharmacy PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) applications.
10. Partner with multiple development areas to advance modernization and cloud transformation as well as reduce Technical Debt.
11. Implement advanced automation, performance improvement and application modernization.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. 5 or more years of technical experience.
3. Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure - .Net, Java, Snaplogic.
4. Experience with evaluating operational and support readiness with Native and cloud technologies.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel.
6. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
7. Practical technical skills combined with the ability to facilitate technical discussions, restoration bridges and drive solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience supporting pharmacy or healthcare applications and businesses.
2. Cloud experience (Azure, Data Bricks) is highly desired.
3. Demonstrated ability running large scale projects.
4. Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$106,900 - $147,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based upon company and/or individual performance.
