IKEA Milton Keynes are looking to welcome Customer Order Pickers to join our hard-working fulfilment team.
As a customer order picker you will be accurately picking customer orders throughout the store and preparing them for delivery or collection.
WHAT WE OFFER
1. Start Date of employment will be: 8th of February 2025
2. Competitive hourly rate of £13.25ph
3. 30 Hours, working 5 days per week and this includes 3 weekends out of 4. Shifts will be between the hours of 6am until 21.00pm.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
1. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, all you will need is the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
2. Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
3. Proven experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
4. Ensure you are prepared to initiate tasks on your own initiative and to participate actively in group efforts.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
1. Picking customer orders across the store ready for delivery or click and collect.
2. Manual handling of heavy stock.
3. Working with or around heavy machinery, such as Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
4. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
