GCC Facilities Management plc is expanding, and we're looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at our Sutton Head Office. You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategic campaigns that generate qualified business opportunities each month. Key responsibilities include delivering leads to the field sales team, leading marketing-driven campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to optimize results. The ideal candidate has a strong sales and marketing background, excellent communication skills, and keen attention to detail. You’ll work with internal and external teams to maximize lead generation and business growth. Working hours are 09.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week). The role will report to GCC’s Senior Marketing Manager. Primary Goals Define and execute marketing and communication activities aligned with sales/marketing strategy. Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads. Inform and engage prospects and clients through creative marketing strategies to boost sales, upselling, and cross-selling. Track and analyse marketing performance (SEO, PPC, telesales, outbound digital) against lead generation goals. Identify new market opportunities and potential service offerings. Foster collaboration between Marketing, Area Managers, and WHR to enhance stakeholder service. Key tasks Oversee lead-generation digital marketing strategy (PPC, SEO, web presence) managed by an external agency. Attend monthly meetings, review performance, escalate issues, and ensure ROI. Develop and implement a sales-specific content strategy for the blog and LinkedIn for both GCC and Legionella Management Solutions (LMS). Qualify warm leads from PPC and Lead Forensics before assigning them to the field sales team. Supervise telemarketing campaigns via an external agency, ensuring performance meets targets and ROI is achieved. Utilize e-marketing platforms for sales communications and develop an understanding of internal recording processes. Create and execute email sales campaigns using sourced and original content. Generate management reports and track department/individual KPIs. Utilise SurveyMonkey to manage and analyse survey responses from internal and external stakeholders. The Person Essential At least 3 years’ experience in selling and/or marketing B2B services Good knowledge of PPC, SEO, use of the Wordpress platform, basic CSS Knowledge of digital design and both litho and digital print Excellent people management skills Excellent IT skills across Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Cloud and Sage CRM.
