Join a market-leading construction company and play a key role in ensuring health and safety compliance across construction sites in Swansea & South Wales The Role Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, the Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices across multiple sites. This role offers a mix of home working and site visits, providing both flexibility and variety. Key Responsibilities Support and implement health & safety initiatives across various sites. Conduct site inspections Identify and manage SHE risks, issues, and opportunities. Stay up to date with SHE legislation, best practices, and industry developments. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction health & safety role. NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent). Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and industry standards. Engaging, proactive, and committed to SHE excellence.
