Overview:
We are looking for a detail orientated and highly organized Mortgage Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage administration and have experience in managing the end-to-end mortgage process. This role will involve liaising with clients, brokers and internal teams to ensure a seamless mortgage experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Processing mortgage applications from submission to completion ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
* Management of the administrative aspects of the mortgage pipeline, including data entry and maintaining client records
* Preparing client letters and documentation via our CRM
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
* Providing a prompt response to client queries and following them through to resolution.
* Assist with Protection and GI administration
Qualifications/ Experience:
* Excellent understanding of the UK mortgage market, processes and regulatory requirements.
* A minimum of 2 years experience in mortgage administration or a similar role.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Please note this has been posted on a Hybrid basis but will mainly be remote, it is likely the candidate will be asked to attend the Rainham office once a month.
