About the Role We have an exciting new role working as part of the Total Reward team. The role will specialise in data, integration, process and project management. The right person will be someone who is able to work in a team environment that is fast paced and collaborative; covering a wide range of global reward and benefits programmes. You will be someone who is able to build strong working relationships with internal customers and external providers, a confident communicator and innovative problem solver. What you will be doing • End-to-end Project management of the UK Benefits renewal process. This work involves liaising with the UK Benefits team; brokers; 3rd party vendors; and internal comms • End-to-end Project management of launching Ocado's Benefits product in new countries. Work is focused on integrations between HR systems, Benefit providers and third parties • Project Managing new Reward products which may include Total Reward Statements; Global Staff Discounts; and new benefits offerings • Reviewing and improving process flows for existing Reward Projects and Global Benefits projects - for example by automating or streamlining • Supporting BAU reporting issues and requirements across Reward team - including data availability in HR systems and services About you • Project Management experience • Experience of handling, using and analysing large data sets • Reward and Benefits programme and product experience • Experience with creating and managing reporting and integration requirements • Experience of working with spreadsheets • Stakeholder management • Strong Excel skills (e.g. vlookups and pivot tables) • Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday, Oracle preferred) • Working with Employee benefit platforms (Benefex) • Experience in working with Vendor services What we offer you Our employee benefits are designed for you, we care about people and we've ensured we have a wealth of benefits that focus on your well-being.
