Not to mention a multitiude3 of technology awards for their activities.The Role:This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party partners, it requires excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills along with an in-depth CRM business systems background at enterprise and with major vendor full product experiences (Dynamics CE, Salesforce backgrounds would be ideal)As the CRM Business Systems Analyst/Consultant, you'll be responsible for:Collaborating with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirementsOwn the Sales/CRM system requirementsCreating clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs)Analysing and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectivesAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsEnsure the as is to be is delivered by the partner, RQ's are met by their functional/technical process and challengedEnsure UAT/system testing is meets all the RQ's + needs of the programme RQ'sProven experience as a CRM Business Systems Analyst at enterpriseBeen involved in the implementation of a number of complex enterprise CRM transformationsLead to Opportunity including opportunity management, account and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, bid/tender managementMultinational implementations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, languages etc ideally of interest.Work in a way that works for youOur valued customer recognises that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different too.
