RG Consultancy are working with a well-established and growing security business based in Crewe who are recruiting an Accounts Assistant. This is a brand-new fantastic opportunity to join a growing company. You will join a small sized finance team and report back to the Finance Manager on a daily basis.

The Role
* To support the purchase ledger, process invoices and payments in an accurate and timely manner
* Sales ledger and credit control
* Managing petty cash
* Processing payments and preparing refunds
* Posting of all receipts and payments and ensure allocated correctly
* Daily bank postings
* Bank reconciliations
* To support the finance department and carry out any ad hoc tasks as required by the finance manager
The Person
* An AAT qualification or studying towards would be an advantage but not essential
* Experience using SAP or similar system would be an advantage
* Experience working within a purchase ledger clerk or all-around accounts role is essential
