About the role
We are seeking a strategic, creative and commercially minded Brand Growth Lead to lead our brand marketing activities. This role involves managing brand marketing, developing innovative promotions, and creating impactful campaigns that resonate with our audiences and partners. You’ll be responsible for understanding target customers, generating content ideas aligned with our strategy, and taking campaigns from concept to execution. Collaboration with editorial and commercial teams will be key to ensuring that campaigns engage our audience and drive commercial success. The role reports into the Commercial Director of the Food and Wellness business.

As Brand Growth Lead you will;
1. Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with the Food & Wellness Group’s strategic goals, focusing on both B2C and B2B segments.
2. Collaborate with content teams, PR, advertising and central marketing departments to create cohesive campaigns that promote our brands and products across multiple platforms.
3. Leverage digital platforms and social media to build audience engagement through influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, competitions and other creative initiatives.
4. Identify, negotiate, and manage media partnerships for co-branded promotions, sponsored content, and other collaborative opportunities.
5. Build and develop relationships with a range of external partners to ensure successful and mutually beneficial campaigns.
6. Manage and allocate campaign resources effectively, ensuring all projects are delivered within budget and contribute to overall profitability.
7. Track and analyse the ROI of activities, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to optimise performance.
8. Provide regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
9. Develop and execute innovative brand events in our new kitchen. Plan and deliver engaging events like themed breakfasts and cooking demos in the new kitchen space to position the brand as innovative and strengthen connections with influencers and media.
10. Elevate the Rising Star Talent award by enhancing sponsorship, collaboration with internal teams, and media visibility to boost its status as a key industry event with strong commercial and PR value.
11. Enhance PR Activities for Broader Brand Recognition. Drive high-impact PR initiatives, creating compelling content, strategic partnerships, and multi-channel amplification to establish the brand as a thought leader and expand media reach.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, preferably within the publishing, media, or tech industries.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, balancing creative vision with practical budget management.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a talent for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
5. Experience in multi-stakeholder management ensuring alignment and clear decision making.
6. Strategic and proactive mindset with experience of driving brand awareness and trust.
7. Analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics.
