You'll Need
* NMC registration and experience within an NHS acute organisation
* Master's level education or equivalent experience (desirable)

* Understanding of Health Roster / SafeCare Live or equivalent platforms

The Lead Nurse for Clinical Workforce and Safer Staffing will:
Responsibilities
Lead workforce development and deployment to ensure safe, effective staffing with the right skills mix across the hospital. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing workforce plans and retention strategies
* Managing enhanced care policies and procedures
* Analysing workforce data and creating improvement plans
* Overseeing staff deployment and new workforce models
* Maintaining professional standards and compliance
* Leading recruitment initiatives
The role requires senior nursing expertise and collaboration with colleagues across Barts Health and the People directorate on workforce policies and developments.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Nursing, the post holder will support strategic workforce planning and provide assurance on nursing, midwifery and AHP priorities using digital platforms including SafeCare Live, Health Roster, and Datix.
