Were looking for anAssistant Store Managerto join our team inBletchley. Reporting directly to theStore Manager, youll be a key part of theretail management team, ensuring smooth daily operations. AsDuty Manager, youll take full responsibility for the store in the absence of theDeputy or Store Manager. Youll lead from the front, managing everything fromrecruitment,stock control, andstore standardsto driving sales and ensuring exceptionalcustomer service.
Your role will include:
* Overseeing store operations when theStore ManagerorDeputy Manageris unavailable.
* Maximising salesand driving performance to achieve key KPIs.
