You monitor, manage and measure all sales processes, providing direction on sales strategy, improvement areas, pipelining and driving profitability within a customer centric environment. On a typical day you will: - Lead forecasting meetings for sales associates in the Operating Area. - Lead weekly sales representative 1:1 meetings to review performance. - Manage marketing lead execution. - Manage sales activities and performance including pipeline health management. - Support the regional training programs and sales tools. - Refine existing programs and develop & lead new ones. - Work collaboratively with the Operating Unit, Operating - Area and Operating Territory leadership to identify and help execute strategic goals and objectives. - Nurture relationships with existing key customers and be responsible to help develop new ones. - Ongoing coaching, training, mentoring, motivating and developing sales associates in all areas of the maintenance business to meet or exceed sales plans. - Provide direction to continuous improvement initiatives.
