Your new role You will work closely with the retailer's head office, collaborating with operational, quality, and buying teams. Your primary responsibility is to build on relationships between the client and the retailer. What you'll need to succeed Strong IT literacy skills - Microsoft Office and systems/reporting tools Strong customer service and relationship building skills Driven and energised - can work independently Can work in a fast-paced working environment Demonstrates a high level of personal organisation and time management to ensure deadlines are met Strong communication skills What you'll get in return In return you will be working 35 hours a week with a global company offering a salary between £26k - £28k depending on experience, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
