About the Role
Base Location: Perth, Scotland
Salary: £33,063 - £38,404 depending on experience + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

As Business Coordinator, you will support the Head of the Renewables Operations Business and their management team with business projects, leading communication channels and the coordination and successful delivery of project related activities.
1. Ensuring all project teams' movements, calendar, meetings, audit actions and necessary scheduling are carried out smoothly and efficiently and will oversee the preparation and compilation of key project documents.
2. Interacting with key project stakeholders, liaising on project details, scheduling meetings, ensuring agendas are set and minutes accurately documented.
3. Leading and driving individual projects relating to the business along with providing communication updates.
4. Coordinating and ensuring the efficient and timely administration of project business and transactional documentation.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
1. Considerable knowledge and experience in booking travel and accommodation, diary management and delivering support services for Meetings, Workshops and Projects.
2. Proven ability in planning and managing multiple projects with excellent organisation, problem solving and time management.
3. Strong communication skills, verbal and written with a high level and competency in all Microsoft Office Packages.
4. Designing/providing technical input, developing and maintaining system solutions for SharePoint and Power Applications to support the business.
5. An understanding of Power Platform applications, SQL coding, DAX and Populo would be an advantage.
