Financial Lead Generator and Administrator
The Role
Circa £8,000 Salary (dependant on experience)
Part Time position
Permanent Contract
Location: Bourne & Sleaford offices. Remote working is a possibility once trained and established relationships with the team and the Financial Adviser.
4 days a week, flexible hours per day, 3 hours per day.

About the role:
This is an integral role to our Financial Services proposition and your experience in generating leads from an existing book of customers, qualifying customer leads generated by the team and providing high-quality administrative support will be invaluable to the whole team. You will act as the point of contact for the team and client queries with regards to pensions, investments, and protection products as well as liaising closely with Financial Adviser. If you are highly motivated and have relevant experience with a proven track record of success in a similar role, we encourage you to apply.
There is no advice to be given to customers and you are not required to hold Financial Services qualifications.

• Be willing to learn and be enthusiastic. Able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement.
• Demonstrate attributes of honesty, integrity, due skill, care, and diligence. Be flexible, adaptable, and open to new ideas.
• Strong I.T. literacy, being proficient in the use of MS Office Applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs 9-5, or equivalent, including Maths and English.
