You will be delivering a high-quality service to AA members and Police schemes, through account & performance management and quality inspections of a network of contractors.nnManage the relationship with AA appointed Emergency Breakdown Services, Police Schemes and Support network of contractors.nCarry out regular performance management visits with AA appointed Contractors to ensure consistent cost-effective, high-quality customer outcomes are being delivered.nDevelop strong, effective working relationships with external stakeholders and partners, balancing their needs with those of the business to ensure a world-class experience for the end user.nPresent data-driven insights for your area of responsibility, explaining possible implications and proposed actions. Weigh up all options and perspectives, clearly communicating rationale and expected outcomes.nInvestigate complaints/claims & manage to a satisfactory conclusion.nPerform quality inspections of external suppliers to guarantee adherence to contractual & legal requirements.nKnowledge of current legislation in relation to vehicle roadside assistance and recovery operations.nManage the Auto Salvage sites to dispose of vehicles on behalf of the AA and AA members ensuring all legal processes are adhered to.nWhat will I be doing?Capability, Knowledge, and Experience:nnExperience and Knowledge of the Motor IndustrynPrevious people and relationship management experience.nExperience with Microsoft office- Excel, Word & PowerPointnnPersonal Characteristics:nnExcellent communication skills both written and verbalnSupplier and client management experiencenWhat do I need?As a valued member of our team, you’ll have access to a range of fully supported development programmes, designed to help you progress in your career with us.
