Description Responsibilities of a Accounts Receivable Clerk: Accurately processing and reconciling of incoming payments Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies Generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status Maintaining and updating customer files, including name or address changes and account numbers Working closely with the team to achieve finance objectives Communicating with clients regarding billing discrepancies Engaging in continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards Sending out monthly statements Assisting with month-end closing Profile A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have: A strong understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail Strong numerical skills Good organisational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Offer Benefits: An attractive salary range between £25,000 to £28,000 per annum Company pension scheme Generous holiday allowance A supportive and friendly work environment Opportunities for personal and career development We encourage all candidates who believe they could bring value to this position to apply.
