Join Clarke Energy as Customer Support for our Parts Team, where youll play a key role as first point of contact for both internal and external customers, Job Purpose To assist with the identification, processing, purchasing and despatching of spare parts for the Clarke Energy customer base in the UK including overhauls Key Responsibilities Liaise with customers from the point of initial enquiry through to invoice despatch, ensuring that they receive a first-class service at all points of the process. Liaise with Site engineers about their orders for parts, ensuring that requirements are clear and met in a timely fashion. Support Overhaul Parts Coordinator Liaise with Warehouse team to ensure that parts are despatched on time and arrive as expected. Process orders in accordance with agreed procedures and contractual requirements. Produce reports for customers and clients using a variety of computer packages including Excel. Follow and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and regulations at all times. What Were Looking For Technical Skills and Knowledge General understanding of how Gas/Diesel engines function and parts required. Good computer skills. Good communication skills Personal attributes/skills The role is expected to operate at Level 1 of the Clarke Energy Behavioural Framework.
