Silver Arch Property Solutions Limited is the Isle of Wight's most diverse property management company offering a large range of specialist, essential and everyday services to landlords, holiday let owners, agents, and social housing providers. We are a fast-growing company with an increasing customer and client base.
Due to high demand, we are looking for a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Ryde.
Job responsibilities include:
1. Planning the daily, weekly, and monthly works diary of the Maintenance Officer.
2. Organising reactive maintenance works for clients.
3. Arranging end of tenancy cleans and necessary maintenance at long-term rentals.
4. Working alongside our sister company Silver Arch Holiday Let Solutions Limited to organise planned and reactive maintenance at holiday lets across the Island.
5. Answering maintenance-related calls and new enquiries into the company.
6. Raising works orders and liaising directly with our bank of contractors.
7. Raising invoices using Xero upon completion of works.
You will be the main point of contact for our clients for all maintenance calls and requests. You will have excellent IT skills, great customer service, and confidence. Due to the nature of the role, works are often needed to be organised within a very short timeframe, so you will be a brilliant organiser.
At times, you will be required to be on call and take enquiries on our out-of-hours and weekend emergency line and organise necessary works.
Although this role is office-based, at times travel to addresses will be required, so you must have a clean and valid driving licence and your own vehicle.
