Demonstrates highly developed physical skills, accuracy and implementation of the tools and materials. Responsible for the safe use of equipment Responsible for maintaining stock control and also security of stock Support and inform family members who often accompany patients for both elective and emergency procedures. Liaise with referring doctors and ward staff to ensure pre and post procedural care is completed. Prepare equipment for the safe care of the patient during the procedure.Be able to identify potential complications of various drugs used during the procedure, including contrast medium Participate in the planning of the procedure and the management of the procedural list. Assess, plan and implement the total care of the conscious or conscious-sedated patient.
