The role of Producer involves responding to creative briefs and developing social-first content proposals aligned with strategic objectives. This position requires planning the execution of these concepts in collaboration with both internal and external teams, as well as overseeing the post-production process. The Producer must effectively communicate and advocate for creative ideas, while maintaining a clear vision for their implementation. Collaborative work with crew members, account managers, and production managers is essential to ensure successful realization of these initiatives.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
* Lead on the production of social-first content campaigns for sports rights-holders’ major calendar moments, from conception through to the finished product.
* Drive the creative ideation for social content in collaboration with our Creative Producer and a sports-fanatic social media team. Present these creative ideas both visually and verbally to clients in a compelling manner.
* Mobilise diverse crews (including internal teams, our network of freelancers, and freelancers from your own contacts) to deliver on your ideas.
* Oversee the budget of your commissioned productions, in partnership with a Production Manager/Coordinator.
* Oversee post-production of your commissioned productions to agreed deadlines.
* Liaising with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, to provide important project updates against clear project plans.
* Attend client meetings and calls, providing project status updates, receiving briefs and collating feedback.
* Act as a leader for creative social production across the entire division, internally and externally.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
* Passion for storytelling on social, both through video and other media;
* Demonstrable experience in edit production and project management in a fast-paced sports environment;
* A well-rounded knowledge of production processes from start to finish;
* A reliable, organised, dedicated and positive nature with an eye for detail;
* Ability to pre-empt, interpret and incorporate client feedback sensitively;
* Budget management, camera operation skills a bonus.
