Salary: £ 500 - £700 per week

A school within the Salisbury area wanted to welcome a passionate and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and engages all students.
* Assess and monitor students' progress, using data to inform planning and to ensure that each child reaches their full potential.
* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
* Support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of children in line with the school’s values and behaviour policy.
* Uphold the school’s safeguarding and welfare standards to ensure the safety of all students.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience of teaching in a primary school, particularly in Year 1, is preferred.
* A thorough understanding of the Year 1 curriculum.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young children.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development.
Personal Qualities:
* Passionate about teaching and the development of young learners.
* Creative, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging and diverse lessons.
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a clear focus on raising standards.
* Collaborative, with a willingness to work as part of a team.
