The right candidate will have previous experience with payroll and will be able to provide support to the team over this period. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure accurate and reliable payroll service. Support external payroll providers. Provide excellent customer service. Improve payroll and HR data processes. Support payroll-related projects. Resolve payroll-related issues. Provide compliance and performance data. Collaborate with HR to meet business needs. Maintain compliance and accurate records. REQUIREMENTS Essential Experience in HR/Payroll Operations and handling international payrolls. Experience with third-party payroll providers. High integrity and confidentiality. Excellent customer service mindset. Proficient in HRMS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
