Job type: Full time
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £26k- £30k (full time)
We’ve been named “Employer of the Year 2024” at the Solent 250 Business Awards so we’re clearly doing something right!
We’ve been around for over 180 years – Our core purpose is to help our customers build, but we couldn’t do it without our people. From our drivers to our operations team and everyone in between. We’re one big team. We have over 300 people working for Elliotts. Our CEO, Tom is the great-great-great grandson of our founder!
Still chosen by customers in a crowded market – Customers continue to choose us because we provide anything they need to build a house. But they choose us because we treat them like human beings, creating a strong relationship and building loyalty.
Values that reflect our business – We look after our team. We care. We listen. We try to help. We work harder than anyone else to put things right if they go wrong. We think about the long term, not just the here and now. These aren’t just words on a wall, they’re the way we show up, every day.
To succeed you’ll be a great team player with a can-do attitude, and you’ll be right at home.
