Your role As the Digital Performance Manager, you will be focussed on Digital Performance across both the UK & European markets across both Fuel & EV products. The priority markets will be the UK, Germany and The Netherlands and your objective will be to drive digital acquisition through multiple channels, projects and initiatives. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Performance manager, taking direction on priorities but working alongside to deliver upon our plans. You will work alongside our internal paid media team to execute strategies, drive growth and analyse/report on performance. You will drive projects such as campaign media plans that cover both above the line and digital strategies from creation through to delivery, liaising with creative and content teams to deliver and execute these plans to the highest of standards. You will drive growth from our performance website landing pages through taking the lead in driving CVR improvements through CRO activities, working alongside our agency partner to do so. You will regularly analyse and assess channel mix, creative and website performance to identify opportunities to improve performance. You will collate data, analyse and present back to stakeholders to recommend new initiatives to drive digital growth. Your areas of responsibility Manage and support channel strategies and channel mix to deliver the digital targets per country (PPC, Facebook, Display, Linked In & Affiliates) Collaborate with our internal paid media team to establish and deliver a robust optimisation plan with clear and concise performance reporting. Management of CRO project, managing the roadmap, briefing new tests, reporting the results and delivering next steps to our web development team. Performance reporting against sales targets, showcasing digital contribution and opportunities to improve. Weekly and monthly presenting of digital performance to key stakeholders and partners around the business, preparing clear and concise documentation to share results and plans. Create and propose new lead generation strategies to trial and test, and lead the testing and on-boarding of new channels/suppliers if successful. Proactively coordinate regular creative refreshes across all paid activities. Work with external agencies to implement best in class tracking across our websites and be responsible for ensuring this is always up to date and accurate. Work with Marketing and technology teams to deliver an improved UX and customer journey. About you Highly commercial, with an eye for detail in spotting performance trends and an ability to efficiently respond to performance peaks and troughs, knowing which action to take based on performance data analysis and communicating it quickly and efficiently to stakeholders. Numbers driven, with the ability to work towards and exceed targeted metrics with a detailed understanding of paid search and digital channels. Experience in creating, developing and managing digital paid media strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Linked In) Experience in setting up, managing and reporting using GA4 (previously Universal Analytics) A data-driven digital expert, you will have a deep understanding of funnel metrics Able to embrace a team attitude, you will deal with complexity and ambiguity here and we have found a collaborative approach is the best response. Thrives in a commercial environment and takes enjoyment through driving growth through digital initiatives. Highly articulate and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
