Job summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Service (CYPMHS) team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This role involves providing high-quality mental health care to children and young people aged 0-18, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. The successful candidate will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to support young people with a range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral difficulties.
