Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts. Pricing, and managing change and variations. Dealing with and managing relations with sub-contractors. Site meetings. Requirements for Commercial Manager: 3-5 years of industry experience with a fit-out contractor (minimum). Experience managing relationships with sub-contractors and managing variations. Friendly, energetic, and good technical knowledge. Great communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships.
