* Offer an engaging and friendly welcome to visitors;
* Play your part to ensure the area is an inviting and safe place for our visitors. This includes tasks such as litter picking, checking the toilets and emptying bins;
* Provide our visitors with accurate information about WGP, including information on park regulations and share your knowledge to enable them to enjoy their visit;
* Promote our membership offering, taking every opportunity to communicate the benefits and value of the scheme to visitors;
* Liaise with the catering team to ensure your visitors have a good catering experience and, as required, to resolve customer issues;
* Respond promptly to car park machine issues and escalate as required and assist in the maintenance of all car parking equipment and machinery;
* Inform, without delay our third party suppliers of maintenance or operational issues of the car parking equipment to minimise equipment downtime;
* Undertake weekly maintenance systems checks on all car parking equipment, including all pay on foot machines and car park barriers;
* Open and close the car parks in line with operating procedures;
* Respond to and deal with visitor feedback, ensuring complaints are handled satisfactorily;
* Conduct all duties in a professional and safe manner with due reference to relevant risk assessments and safe systems of work. Ensure all health and safety checklists are completed in line with Crown Estate policies and procedures;
* Ensure all incidents/accidents are reported promptly in line with Crown Estate procedure;
* Administer first aid;
* Contribute to improvements in customer service, membership, retail and catering sales or visitor operations in general;
* Assisting with additional duties to support events and special promotions.
