Role Overview
We’re looking for a digital marketing pro to join the senior marketing team. This role requires a strategist and a practitioner with solid experience of running digital campaigns across PPC channels, maintaining websites via CMS, optimising content via SEO, and looking for ways to improve through a thorough knowledge of GA4. The tech stack you’ll be working with is AdWords, Bing, LinkedIn, WordPress, Demandbase, SEM Rush, and Salesforce; we’re looking for someone who can confidently take the lead in using those platforms to define, devise, and execute marketing campaigns, in collaboration with the wider marketing and sales operations team.
Working closely with colleagues in content, you’ll build campaigns from scratch according to intent, opportunity, buyer need, persona, solution, and buying cycle, ensuring that each activity is tracked and optimised.
This is a technical role for a tech business for someone who gets excited by analytics and is constantly thinking of new ways to improve our digital ad campaigns and website conversion.
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement online campaign activity including PPC (Google, Bing, and LinkedIn), programmatic, and ABM (Demandbase).
* Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns; identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
* Oversee the marketing exec in the set-up and execution of email marketing campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and quality check our output.
* Manage SEO strategy, optimising content and tracking performance; ensure all web properties are optimised for organic search, and that search performance is tracked and measured.
* Build and maintain landing pages and forms using our website CMS, WordPress.
* Manage large scale web development projects and the relationship with our retained web agency.
* Report on digital marketing activity using web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics, and action required improvements.
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience in B2B Enterprise Digital Marketing
* Experience running digital campaigns – including PPC, programmatic, and ABM (ideally Demandbase, Google Ads, and LinkedIn) and initiated and deployed digital campaigns end to end.
* Experience building and optimising landing pages and managing websites
* Website optimisation and personalisation tools (e.g. Hotjar, Demandbase)
* Experience using relevant marketing stack such as:
o Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Search Console
o SEO tools (SEMRush or similar)
o Experienced using Salesforce
Experience that would be a bonus:
* Experience working with HR Tech/B2B SaaS
* Previous line management experience
