About the Role
As a Business Development Manager for our Digital solutions, you will play a pivotal role in creating and expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in the UK/IRL. Your primary responsibilities will involve actively identifying and developing new business channels, negotiating commercial agreements, conducting market research, engaging with key customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.

* Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors, adjusting strategies accordingly.
* Manage and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
* Work with internal teams to ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience.
Your Profile as Business Development Manager – Digital Solutions UK/IRL
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
* Proven experience in field sales, sales development, channel development, or business development, preferably within fleet management, SaaS, or tech industries, with 10+ years.
* Track record of achieving sales and channel targets, and driving business growth.
* Ability to identify and develop business channels on the ground.
* Good understanding of UK/IRL market peculiarities and dynamics.
* Strong negotiation skills with a successful deal-closing record.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
