Our client is a leading composite company who seek an experienced and driven account manager with experience within the composite industry or industrial manufacturing, and a proven track record in sales.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of customer contact and relationships.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager based nr Bradford, you will maintain and grow sales revenue in the UK through new and existing accounts.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding Gross Profit Margin budget, as well as maximizing profitability.
* Support all aspects of customer contact and relationships based on the fundamentals of integrity and the Composites One Core Values.
* Cultivate business relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales revenue within assigned geographic territory.
* Meet Territory Budget Goals, including Sales, Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and others, as set by Manager.
* Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
* Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction, inventory needs and cross-selling opportunities.
* Communicate with customers and internal team on all key business aspects, including pricing, inventory, product quality, financial stability, competition, etc.
