About the role: We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for opening and developing new business opportunities for National Business Communications. You will be building strong relationships with businesses from varying different industries, as well as consistently promoting the NBC brand. This is an opportunity for those who are keen to develop exciting new relationships in a B2B capacity, forming a critical part of the wider Sales Team here at NBC. This role is designed for individuals who are driven, ambitious and have a real hunger to learn, earn and progress Day-to-Day responsibilities: • High volume, out-bound calling to win new business and build a customer pipeline • Identify Sales opportunities through effective questioning and objection handling • Liaise with all team members to ensure accurate transmission of data regarding new appointment opportunities • Work effectively with the Senior Account Managers to close new business deals • Proactively chase leads through a multitude of different channels • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly KPI’s • Present unique solutions and industry leading services, which save our customers time and money About you: To be successful in the role you will need to have a strong mix of the following: • Exceptional telephone manner and strong negotiation skills at all levels • Self-starter, with the ability to manage your time effectively • Confident in working well under pressure • Thrives on the buzz of making a sale • Ambitious character, with the desire to progress within a growing organisation • Hunter mentality – The want to win new business • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
