About Trade Interchange

Operating in over 25 countries worldwide in a variety of industries, we can help organisations achieve supply base confidence while also saving time on your supplier management processes. Using innovative technology such as Artificial Intelligence and Process Automation to help increase efficiency while also reducing risk in supplier management, our software can also integrate with other systems via our Native API, ARCUS Connect.
Existing customers include Whitbread, Morrisons, Sodexo, Springer Nature, Drax Power, P&O Ferries, and Circle Health, amongst others. Trade Interchange joined Everfield in 2024. The team is based in Stockton-on-Tees, UK.
What you will do
* Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to drive high performance.
* Independently lead and close deals with enterprise customers.
* Support your team with larger, more complex deals to ensure successful closing.
* Collaborate closely with marketing to generate high-quality leads and help to develop strategies to enable expansion into adjacent markets.
* Foster a collaborative and high-energy team culture that encourages continuous improvement and success.
* Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
* Provide regular reporting on performance and sales forecasts to the CEO and other senior leaders.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organisations to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
* Actively seek and gather customer feedback on product features, pricing, and overall experience, working closely with product teams to share customer insights and feedback.
* Leverage CRM insights to optimise sales performance, manage pipeline health, and identify growth opportunities.
What we are looking for
* Proven experience of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor, as well as ownership of the team's sales target.
* Deep understanding of the SaaS sales process and methodologies.
* Demonstrable experience of closing complex deals with enterprise clients in the SaaS industry is highly preferred.
* Ability to quickly learn and master Trade Interchange’s technology solution and effectively present its benefits to diverse stakeholders throughout the sales process.
* Previous experience in a similar role or having prior leadership/team management responsibilities is preferable.
* Relevant industry experience selling to similar customers across the supplier management or food & beverage space is highly beneficial!
