Job Opportunity: Autocentre Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Autocentre Manager to join our friendly team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' relevant experience as a successful Autocentre Manager, with excellent customer service skills, a strong desire to succeed, and the ability to develop and lead a successful team. We offer a competitive salary along with an unrivaled bonus scheme. On average, our branch Managers earn around £15,000 in bonuses per year, with some earning £25,000 or more!

We would consider applications from exceptional Workshop Controllers or Parts Advisors with relevant experience and aspirations to develop their careers.
Our Autocentre Managers lead and motivate their teams to achieve and exceed targets, generating shared benefits for the branch and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Customer satisfaction is paramount, and your ability to communicate effectively will help generate new and repeat business, enhancing the branch's profitability and success.
The responsibilities of our Autocentre Managers include:
* Promoting and maintaining the company's image as a brand ambassador.
* Maximising volume to meet profit and financial targets.
* Coordinating and supporting the Autocentre staff.
* Ensuring the security of stock and cash, and being accountable for losses.
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
Hours: 48 hours per week (8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:30 am - 5 pm on Saturday).
* Potential for up to 44 days paid leave, including bank holidays.
