What You'll Do: As a Senior Customer Experience Advisor, you will: Respond to and resolve customer queries promptly, escalating where necessary and ensuring client files are updated Communicating with all customers and the Customer Service Advisors both verbally and in writing Distribute emails from the internal queueing system to correct team members or departments Ensure the CX Team are logging and acknowledging all enquiries using the companys systems and portals Develop trend analysis of queries to inform continuous process improvement Maintain knowledge of departments and company processes to be able to address of direct customer enquiries effectively and answer queries from the CX Team Ensure prompt and appropriate follow up with customers as required Who We're Looking For: You know how to listen actively, empathize with customers, and communicate solutions clearly and professionally. You take ownership of customer challenges and work creatively to find the best resolutions. You can guide and mentor junior team members while supporting team goals and enhancing the overall customer experience. You understand the importance of understanding customers' needs and always approach interactions with kindness and respect. Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving environments, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
