We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires proficiency in SAGE 50. Duties Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Maintain employee records in the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status. Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with the human resources team to resolve any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies. Assist with accounts payable functions as needed, ensuring timely payment of invoices related to payroll services. Utilise SAGE 50 Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices to ensure compliance.
