Role Overview: Play a pivotal role in creating engaging social media content that resonates with Seraphine's target audience. Reporting to the Social Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring our brand vision to life through dynamic visuals and video content across organic and paid social. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a rebranding journey and help shape the future of the brand's content strategy. Hybrid: 3 days in central London office / 2 days from home Salary range: 25k - 30k Key Responsibilities: Video Content: Shoot, edit and produce high-quality videos for various social. platforms. Social Media Content Creation: Design and develop visually appealing social media posts, stories, and other digital content. Creative Concepting: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm, create, and execute creative ideas aligned with the rebranding strategy. Content Optimization: Edit and adapt content to meet the requirements and best practices of each social media platform, ensuring maximum engagement and community growth. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual design and messaging to ensure content aligns with the brand’s guidelines. Shoot Attendance: Attend ecom and campaign shoots to capture social-first content and behind-the-scenes footage, ensuring that every shoot produces engaging material for social media platforms to compliment the Video Lead’s polished assets. Collaboration: Collaborate across departments and other team members to ensure that content creation aligns with overall marketing campaigns and brand objectives. Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of assets, ensuring that all content is easily accessible and up to date. Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends in video production, social media, and maternity fashion to contribute innovative ideas. Skills & Qualifications: A creative university degree in graphic design, video production, media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Confident in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe XD and Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong video editing skills and understanding of video production. Excellent design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout. Understanding in creating engaging and on-brand social media content. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. Good communication skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. An understanding or an interest in the fashion industry is a plus. Desirable Qualities: A creative and proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve content and processes. Adaptability to quickly learn new tools and stay on top of industry trends. A passion for social media and a deep understanding of its power in shaping brand perception. A portfolio of personal or professional projects that showcase your creative and technical skills.
