Salary range: Band 9 (£42,708 to £45,718 per annum)

About the Role
We currently have an exciting vacancy within our team to enable us to continue to build on our success and also bring new experience, knowledge and ideas into the team. As Digital Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising processes and interfaces, identifying new technology opportunities and delivering change across the business to help achieve the ambitions set out in the Trafford Digital Strategy.
Your main priorities will be:
1. To enable the successful redesign of services as part of the Digital Strategy in line with the Council’s and CCG’s corporate plan and priorities.
2. Through effective business analysis, process redesign, change management and project management, you will enable the modernisation of Trafford’s Council and Health services.
3. You will apply your knowledge of how technology and data can help underpin improved service delivery to reshape frontline services and workforce.
About you
You will have a strong track record of working within a project management environment and of leading the development and delivery of Digital projects within a large multi-disciplinary organisation. You will be an effective communicator, able to articulate a strong sense of collaboration and commitment across groups to shared objectives. Your style and approach will reflect our values and behaviors. Valuing and respecting others’ contributions, you will work together to deliver successful outcomes.
