Role: Corporate Receptionist/Receptionist
Hours: Full-Time (Mon-Thu 8:30 to 17.00, and Fri 8:30 to 16:00)
Location: 177 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7ER

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join our established and growing Guest Services Team. Your role would be to provide proactive reception duties, maintaining high level performance, organisation with a corporate approach.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Deliver a professional and welcoming environment for occupiers/visitors
2. Managing access control system to the building
3. Provide high level communication to occupiers
4. Statistic Reporting
5. Working with Building Manager and FM Team
6. Handling telephone enquiries
Minimum skills required include:
1. Prior experience in a similar role essential
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Professional telephone manner
4. Excellent organisational skills
5. Competent in Microsoft Office
6. Flexible, willing to adapt to new tasks and duties with a positive attitude
7. Team Player
