About The Role
We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to work in our busy Protection Admin Team. The role covers a wide range of administrative duties and will provide strong overall administrative support to the team.
Key duties will include:
1. Typing letters and various documents.
2. Supporting the District Inspectors.
3. Making appointments for Inspectors and keeping their diaries up to date.
4. Providing cover for other district admin as required.
5. Assisting the District Admin Supervisor or the SHQ Admin Manager in the provision of an administrative service to the Protection function.
Applicants must be proficient in the use of various ICT applications, have extensive experience of working in an administrative environment, be able to work as part of a team, and have experience of training colleagues on working practices. A flexible approach to work, effective communication skills, and an ability to work methodically and accurately are essential requirements.
