Our Personal and Premium Banking client are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Executive. They are looking for a new member of the Client Service team who will provide assistance for dealing with their clients' daily banking requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with day-to-day client service
2. Communicating with clients to resolve queries
3. Carrying out call backs and arranging online banking activations
4. Providing assistance to other team members during busy times
5. Identifying opportunities to cross and up-sell the bank's products and services
6. Working with Relationship Managers to convert these leads
Your qualifications and skills need to include:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. The ability to work collaboratively within a team
3. Proficient IT skills
4. A keen interest in banking and learning about products/services
5. Experience in any banking role is desirable but not required
