Your duties will include.
* Become confident in your knowledge of what our hotel offers in terms of layouts, capacities and menus
* Set up and assist the client in the use of audio-visual equipment.
* Meet and greet event organisers and be their point of contact.
* Supervise, support and train the team
* Be an operational part of the team
* Provide the highest level of presentation of our event rooms
* Run conferences and events leading the operational team ensuring all runs smoothly.
The successful candidate will already be a supervisor or is experienced in conference and banqueting and ready to take their first step into a supervisory role.The role involves running events and overseeing the team and will also involve working shifts.
