We were founded by Enguerran Loos in 2018. Enguerran is a former Engagement Manager with McKinsey’s Boston office.

Our full-time team of 8 works remotely from Japan, UK, Bulgaria, Poland and India.
THE CUSTOMER SUCCESS AND OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE
We are looking to hire an exceptional individual to lead the day-to-day relationships with our 100+ university and corporate clients, and with our 40+ interview coaches, in close collaboration with our Senior Operations Manager, our Founder and our Director of Live Events. This is a full-time role.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Onboarding new platform clients (e.g., contracts, billing, account set up)
* Ensuring that they make the most of our platform (e.g., monitoring usage, giving demos, sharing updates and best practices, and questions)
* Facilitating the renewal of their subscriptions (e.g., sending renewal notice, discussing pricing, billing, collection)
* Managing the operations of our coaching platform (e.g., onboarding new coaches, monitoring quality of service, billing and payments)
* Organizing live events at client schools (e.g., order processing, scheduling, coach booking, billing)
Depending on your interests, skills and availability, you may also get involved in other initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
