The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, project planning, and hands-on problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Lead engineering initiatives on PHEV interface systems, specifically between the engine and transmission. Collaborate with design and simulation teams to develop robust and efficient PHEV interface solutions. Oversee project timelines, resource management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment with project goals. Conduct design calculations, validation, testing, and analysis to guarantee system performance and reliability. Facilitate design reviews and technical discussions to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong background in core engineering principles with a focus on design, simulation, and system integration. Proven experience with engine and transmission systems, especially within PHEV applications. Project engineering experience in the automotive or related industries. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with simulation tools and software for design validation. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in complex engineering environments.
