If you enjoy administrative work in a rewarding setting, this could be the ideal temporary assignment for you, supporting a small administrative team, going through a very busy period.
The role requires an immediate start and will be working three days per week, 9am to 5pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break (22.5 hours a week).
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Administrator Responsibilities
Answering the telephone in a timely & friendly manner
Distribution of any post
Data Input
Printing off reports and posting them to relevant clients
Updating live tracker in a timely manner
Responding to general enquiries into the business by phone & email
Day to day administration, including arranging meetings
Reception cover when required.
